  • Absolutely not. Flexibility is a result of Pilates, not a prerequisite. My approach focuses on functional movement and spinal alignment. We meet your body where it is today and build the strength and mobility you need for tomorrow.

  • Yes, but with a scientific approach. Because of my clinical background, we focus on core stabilization and corrective exercises to support the spine. I recommend a private consultation first so we can analyze your movement patterns and create a safe path forward.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. I provide all the necessary props and equipment; you just need to bring yourself and a willingness to move!
